These are the breaks...

Our little house in the suburbs was broken into yesterday. They took a camera and some jewelry worth much more to us than the next to nothing that the thief will gain from his misdeeds. I'm currently trying to make it look as if nobody is at home so that they will return. Would they be so foolish? But wait...the Taoist in my head is reassuring me that this is not necessarily a negative thing. The Universe requires some sacrifices...for what you ask? Well how the hell should I know?
