Anxiety found face up in a pool of sweat. Extree Extree.

For all of the anxiety plagued humans like myself - I have found that a quick work out does an amazing thing, it makes me feel normal. I'm not talking about a long, drawn out day at the gym. Five minutes is really all it takes, two minutes you'll already start to feel better. The trick is to explode, bursts of energy! If you are going to do push-ups, do them fast and don't concern yourself with quantity, just up down up down up down. The same thing applies for sit-ups or squats and running in place. Bursts of speed and power will destroy any nervous energy you have. And if you need to do "girl" push ups, do it! It's your body so don't be concerned with how things are supposed to be done. When you can't do anymore, do one more! Unless it hurts, then you should probably stop. So that is my tip of the day brought to you by Nike: Just Do It. Fart.
